A VIENNESE CHOCOLATE BY COFFEE-CUP:
(1 mug - 5 minutes)
What you need :
A box of Café-Tasse cocoa powder
A bar of dark chocolate 60% Café-Tasse
A mug of about 250ml
A long milkshake spoon
200ml of whole milk
A can of whipped cream
For a 250ml mug you need 20 grams of cocoa powder
Heat the milk Grate your chocolate and put it in a small bowl
Break off a bar from the bar and set it aside
Dilute your cocoa powder with a little hot milk
Pour the rest of your milk on the preparation
Decorate the top of your cocoa with the whipped cream
Sprinkle with your grated chocolate
Stick your stick in the whipped cream
