Chocolate is for us an inexhaustible source of inspiration. A chocolate recipe specific to the brand elaborated with the best cocoa beans from various origins: Africa, South America ... pure cocoa butter, a dark chocolate minimum 60% cocoa that melts deliciously in the mouth. We work with master chocolatiers who have been living the passion of their trade for years and who pass on their know-how to the youngest. It is a shock team led by Andrea Gembler for more than 10 years, her husband Philippe Lellouche at her side.
Since 1989, our chocolate craftsmen have been working on a recipe unique to the brand. Made with the best cocoa beans from Africa and South America, our dark chocolate, pure cocoa butter, contains a minimum of 60% cocoa and melts gently in the mouth.
Located just steps away from the Grand-Place, this cosy space for selling and tasting our chocolates opened in 1990, at the very beginning of the creation of the brand. We sell the whole range of our Café-Tasse chocolates and welcome our customers in our tea room area. It is for us the best way to collect the live opinions of the brand's fans, to make them discover it and to convey the spirit of sharing & the warm atmosphere that reigns within the company.
