That's why we do everything we can, to provide you with the best possible shipping experience from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive your package.
Fast and efficient We are committed to dispatching your order within 2 working days of receiving your payment. Our shipping service is managed with care and professionalism to ensure that you receive your items quickly. In the event of extremely hot weather conditions, we reserve ourselves the right to postpone the shipment of your order to ensure the quality of our product. Real-time tracking We work with B post in order to offer you real-time tracking of your parcel. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can follow the progress of your parcel delivery directly from your computer or smartphone.
When placing your order, you can choose between three delivery options
  • Standard delivery: Your parcel will be delivered to you without the need to sign for it. This is the default option, convenient and at no extra cost.
  • Delivery against signature: If you prefer delivery against signature, please contact us before finalizing your order. Please note that this option may incur additional charges, but it offers increased security for the receipt of your package.
  • Express carrier: France Express and FEDEX: In case you need speedy delivery, you can choose from our express carriers, such as France Express or FEDEX. For an additional fee these services guarantee fast & secure & on demand delivery of your parcel.
Shipping costs Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of your package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order to save on shipping costs. Please note that if you place two separate orders, shipping charges will apply to each of them.
We like to reward our loyal customers with Free delivery. We offer free delivery on orders of €70 or more to BENELUX, Germany and France. For our customers residing in other available countries, delivery is free for orders over €100, with the exception of Switzerland, Norway, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Hong Kong, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Martinique, Romania and Turkey. For these countries, customs fees may be charged upon receipt of your order.
Packaging safety The safety of your goods is crucial to us. That's why we use appropriately sized boxes and take every measure to ensure maximum protection for your chocolates during transit. In case you order in the summer during warmer temperatures, we take extra precautions by using fresh packs and insulated packaging to ensure optimum conditions throughout the journey.
