Frequently asked questions

What does 60% or 77% mean?

The share of cocoa (mass and butter) in the chocolate: the higher it is, the less sugar and the more intense the taste.

Why has my chocolate turned white?

A white film appears after a temperature change; the chocolate is still edible. Store between 15 and 18 °C, in a dry place.
