Perlège is the reduced-sugar Belgian chocolate range developed and made in Belgium by Choc & Co, the company behind the Café-Tasse brand. Sugar is replaced by chicory fibres and steviol glycosides, with no compromise on chocolate quality: 82% cocoa for the dark, 56% for the milk, and 100% pure cocoa butter in the bars and sticks.

The range comprises 85 g bars, 42 g sticks, a 25 g discovery format and an assortment of pralines.
