Café-Tasse dark chocolate chip cookies recipe by Alyssa

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100g of dark chocolate Café-Tasse
- 150g of flour
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 85 gr of regular sugar
- 85 gr butter
- 1 egg

1. Cut chocolate into small pieces
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C
3. Place 75g of the butter (softened), the sugars and the egg (whole) in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
4. Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and salt and then, the chocolate.
5. Shape the cookies on baking paper on an ovenproof tray.
6. To form the cookies, use 2 tablespoons (or just your hands) and make small heaps spaced apart; they will grow as they bake.
7. Bake for 10 minutes.
