Ben is baking brownies with Café-Tasse dark Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 230g of sugar
- 100g of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (dark)
- 170g of butter
- 200g of dark chocolate
- half a chocolate bar (family bar 85g)
1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture froths and whitens.
3. Pour in the melted chocolate and stir with a spatula, lifting the mixture.
4. Pour in the flour and cocoa, and mix with a spatula while lifting the mixture.
5. Cut the chocolate bar into pieces and add to the brownie batter.
6. Pour the mixture into a 25cm cake tin.
7. Bake for 23 minutes at 180°C.
